Frequently Asked Questions
Is Meetz free to use?
Yes. Meetz is free to download and use. Core features like discovering meets, building a profile, and joining crews are all free.
Is Meetz available on Android?
Meetz is currently available on iOS. An Android version is coming soon — follow @themeetzapp on Instagram to be the first to know.
Why does Meetz need my location?
Meetz uses your location to show you car meets happening near you in real time. You can revoke location access at any time in your device settings, but some features won’t work without it.
How do I post or host a meet?
Meets can only be hosted by approved crews (car clubs). To host:
- Open the Crew tab and register your crew.
- Submit it for approval by the Meetz team.
- Once approved, head back to the Crew tab and tap Add Meet to post.
This keeps the feed legit and full of real, organized meets — no fake or spam posts.
How do I join or create a crew?
Head to the Crews tab. You can search for existing crews to join, or tap Create Crew to start your own and invite friends.
How do I report a meet?
You can report any meet — whether it’s live or already ended — by opening its Meet Details page and tapping the flag icon. Our team reviews every report.
Heads up: Meetz is currently focused on meets and crews, so individual user profiles aren’t publicly visible — meaning there’s nothing to report at the user level right now. For any urgent safety concerns, email support@themeetzapp.com directly.
I forgot my password / can’t log in. What do I do?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and follow the email instructions. If you still can’t get in, email us and we’ll help you recover your account.
Report a Bug
Found something broken? Help us fix it fast. Send an email to support@themeetzapp.com with the subject line "Bug Report" and include the following details:
- Device & OS: e.g. iPhone 15 Pro, iOS 18.2
- App version: found in Profile → Settings → About
- What happened: a clear description of the bug
- Steps to reproduce: what you did right before it happened
- Expected behavior: what should have happened instead
- Screenshots or screen recordings (if possible)
The more detail you give us, the faster we can squash it.
Delete My Account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, directly from the app:
- Open the Meetz app.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
If you’re unable to access the app, email support@themeetzapp.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" from the email address tied to your account, and we’ll process it within 7 business days.
